Cooking fever

Here's the main reason I didn't have Thanksgiving at my apt. :


Yeah, those are plates and a bowl covering the pots and frying pan. I was making a lovely dinner of potstickers, rice, and some broccoli (since homemade dinner is cheap and that's the way I roll), and I had to improvise a few lids since I don't actually own any and all the items called for them... Don't worry though, I only steam-burned my knuckles a Few times while trying to lift the plates off using a hand towel as an oven mitt. Oh and don't forget me trying to make sure the steam doesn't make the plate slide right off the pot and onto the stove or ground, that's always a fun thing for me to do while cooking :)
